    Follow these steps

  1. Melt the chocolate and allow to cool slightly.

  2. Separate the eggs.

  3. Assemble the assistent with the beater bowl and balloon whisks.

  4. Whisk the egg whites, you should be able to turn the bowl upside down without it running out.

  5. Whisk the cream firmly.

  6. Whisk the egg yolks and mix with the chocolate.

  7. Add the cream and stir smoothly.

  8. Lastly, add the egg whites.

  9. Divide into different glasses and let them cool for a few hours.

  10. Cut the figs into chunks and top together with nuts.

  • 150 gram chocolate, dark

Topping

  • 1 tbsp hazelnut croquant
  • 1 fig
