- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 200 ml crème fraiche
- 0.5 tbsp vegetable broth
- 100 ml hot water
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes
- 30 gramsw arugula
- 150 grams shrimps
- Salt & Black pepper

Add oil or butter to a heated pan.

Add onion.

Add hot water, vegetable broth and crème fraiche to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

Add tomatoes and arugula and cook for a few minutes.

Add shrimp and salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve with homemade pasta. Top with fresh arugula.
