    Follow these steps

  1. Make pasta dough according to our recipe here: https://www.ankarsrum.com/recipe/pasta-dough/

  2. Sauce

  3. Cut the onion into smaller chunks and fry it in butter or oil.

  4. Pour the shrimps into a strainer to drain.

  5. Mix hot water with bouillon, add the crème fraiche and cook for a few minutes.

  6. Rinse the tomatoes and arugula, add and cook for a few minutes.

  7. Add the shrimps and taste with salt and black pepper.

  8. Serve with pasta and top with fresh arugula.

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 ml crème fraiche
  • 0.5 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 100 ml water
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (10-15)
  • 30 gram arugula
  • 150 gram shrimps
  • Salt & Black pepper
