Cut the onion into smaller chunks and fry it in butter or oil.
Pour the shrimps into a strainer to drain.
Mix hot water with bouillon, add the crème fraiche and cook for a few minutes.
Rinse the tomatoes and arugula, add and cook for a few minutes.
Add the shrimps and taste with salt and black pepper.
Serve with pasta and top with fresh arugula.

- 0.5 tbsp vegetable broth
- 100 ml water
- 10 cherry tomatoes (10-15)
- 30 gram arugula
- 150 gram shrimps
- Salt & Black pepper
