- 500 gram potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt

- 100 gram crème fraiche
- 2 tbsp roe
- Dill

A simple but luxurious starter
Follow these steps

Assemble the Assistent Original with Vegetable Cutter / Coarse Grater Drum.

Peel and grate the potato.

Mix eggs, flour and salt in a bowl.

Squeeze the grated potatoes to remove any access liquid. Then, add to egg mixture to combine.

Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Shape the potato batter into four round balls and flatten them.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Top with crème fraiche, roe and dill.
