Ingredients
- 150 g all-purpose flour (1¼ cups)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 600 ml milk (2½ cups)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp salted butter
For Frying
- 4 tbsp salted butter or oil
Garnish
- Hazelnut cream
- Maple syrup
- Fresh berries
- Chopped pistachios
Crêpes
Crêpes are thin pancakes that originated in France. They are an excellent way to end a dinner, or start the day – bon appétit!
Follow these steps

Assemble the Ankarsrum with the Beater Bowl and Balloon Whisks.

Add flour, sugar and salt. Start the Ankarsrum at medium speed.

Add 1/3 of the milk and mix until smooth.

Add the rest of the milk and the eggs, and mix until everything is well combined.

Melt the 3 tbsp butter, add it to the batter, and mix to combine.

Let the crêpe batter rest for 10 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquid.

Heat a frying pan and add a little butter. Fry thin, round crêpes in the desired size.

Fold your crêpes and place on a plate, drizzle the maple syrup.

Garnish with fresh berries and chopped pistachios.

Serve with a delicious hazelnut cream or your favorite vanilla ice cream.
