Made with simple ingredients like beef, each patty is juicy, flavorful, and crafted exactly to your preference. A from-scratch approach that delivers a fresher, more elevated burger experience.

Food

    Follow these steps

    1. Attach the Mincer attachment with the 4.5mm grinding disc on the Assistent.

    2. Cut the beef in cubes or strips.

    3. Start the Assistent on low speed.

    4. Grind the beef and the 1/2 onion (optional) with the Mincer.

    5. Form the ground meat into burger patties.

    6. Season both sides with salt and black pepper to taste.

    7. Serve cooked burgers with your choice of homemade bun and favorite toppings.
