Ingredients
- 150 gram chocolate, dark
- 350 ml cream
- 3 eggs, separated

- 1 tbsp hazelnut croquant
- 1 fig
Valentine’s Dessert
Delicious chocolate mousse, made with just three ingredients.

Melt the chocolate and allow to cool slightly

Separate the eggs, setting the yolks aside.

Assemble the Assistant Original with the Beater Bowl and Balloon Whisks.

Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks.

Using the same Beater Bowl, add cream and whip until light and airy.

Whisk the egg yolks and mix with the chocolate.

Add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, gently stirring until smooth.

Gently fold in the egg whites.

Divide into serving glasses, letting them cool in the frig for a few hours.

For serving, top with chopped figs and hazelnuts.
