When purchasing via Ankarsrum Motors webshop, the following information will be requested when purchasing and processing; Name, Address, Phone Number and Email.
Personal data is not retained for longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing. In order to fulfill our guarantee commitment to consumers, we save personal data for 7 years.
When guarantee registration is made of newly purchased machine, the following personal information is collected: Product and serial number, date of purchase, place of purchase, name, address, telephone number, e-mail and country.
When specifying this information, a consent is given if the customer wishes to receive information and offers from Ankarsrum, not linked to the guarantee itself. Ankarsrum does not distribute this data to any other person or organization
THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for processing personal data when purchasing products from Ankarsrum is that it is necessary for the fulfilment of the agreement. Since the company does not have a CRM system, the personal data stored is limited to the names, e-mails and telephone numbers of representatives of the companies with whom we have existing or potential business relationships. The basis for the processing of the existing data of existing partners / suppliers is necessary for the execution of an agreement. In order for the business relationship to continue, the contact persons at the companies must be able to contact each other.
