Description

Thanks to its strong motor, you can mix even heavier doughs with ease. Assistent Original® also has motor feedback, meaning that the machine itself can regulate its speed depending on the load. Its unique gear unit allows the machine to be both powerful and quiet.

A huge 7 litre bowl makes this the ideal machine for making large batches of dough. It can mix 1.5 L of dough liquid and 5 kg of dough without a problem.

Assistent Original® has an attractive and sleek design, low noise levels, and sits firmly on your worktop. Assistent Original® 6230 includes a 7 L stainless bowl, dough roller, dough knife, spatula, dough hook and proving lid. A 3.5 L whisking bowl in Tritan plastic for best results, balloon whisks and shortcrust dough hooks. Handle and control knobs in chrome-plated zinc. And also a Ankarsrum Recipe book.

This is the follow-up to the classic Assistent that was previously manufactured by Electrolux. Available in a variety of colours.

With its wide range of accessories, you can also mix, whisk, grind meat, make pasta, squeeze citrus fruits, and more.

I am so impressed with my Ankarsrum Assistent mixer. It is so much more capable than my previous mixer. I used to have to create dough in batches, now I can just mix one large amount of dough. It makes beautifully soft dough that in turn makes wonderful bread. I have also bought the Complete Mincer set which is proving a terrific addition.

Wow! What a great assistant the Ankarsrum is! Since delivery I’ve used this almost daily, with the main reason for purchase to relieve me of bread and pasta making duties! It does that and then some! I love using it and it’s made me enjoy baking and making for my young family. I’ve used this for bakes, cookies and my Christmas cake too and hope to add to my accessories pot very soon. It makes me happy to know I’m giving my children homemade and it’s so easy with my new friend in the kitchen! The attachments are easy to use and maintain too. Thank you

Marvellous machine. My ordinary mixer was groaning with the effort of kneading dough and I was worried the motor would burn out. I’ve had the Ankarsrum Assistent for over a year now and would not be without it. I make at least two loaves a week, the largest being 750g of flour and the Ankarstum deals with this with ease. The kneading process of the machine really stretches the dough and produces great bread.

I’ve had the olive Ank for a few months now. I understand now what the fuss is about. This is a quality machine and it has produced quality results. Lovely bread, meringues, pasta and wonderful light fluffy cakes. I like the olive colour very much as well as the style of the machine. One of my favourite aspects is being able to see into the bowl to watch how things are progressing. We’re in this together for the long term!
