Follow these steps

  1. Peel and cut the beets into small pieces. Put the pieces in a saucepan, cover with water and boil until soft, about 10-15 minutes.

  2. Assemble the assistent with the blender.

  3. Add the beets into the blender and mix smoothly.

  4. Melt the butter and pour into the blender together with milk and eggs.

  5. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl and add into the blender. Mix smoothly.

  6. Bake the waffles according to the instructions for your waffle iron. Serve with Greek yoghurt and honey.
