Ingredients

  • 195 g hazelnuts (1 1/2 cups)
  • 200 g sugar (1 cup)
  • 2 large eggs

Hazelnut Biscuits

These hazelnut biscuits are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Simple yet elegant, theyโ€™re finished with whole hazelnuts for a beautiful presentation and added crunch. Perfect for coffee breaks, holiday baking, or everyday treats.

    Follow these steps

    1. Place the Assistent on its side. Attach the Grater or the Vegetable Cutter with the medium-coarse drum. Note: You need the Mincer attachment to use the Grater.

    2. Grind the hazelnuts.

    3. Preheat oven to 350 ยฐF (175 ยฐC).

    4. Assemble the Assistent with the Beater Bowl and the Cookie Whisks.

    5. Add the ground hazelnuts, sugar and eggs to the bowl. Start the Assistent on medium speed and mix the dough thoroughly.

    6. Scoop a tablespoon of the dough 2 inches (5 cm) apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Press a hazelnut into the top of each cookie. Bake for 8-12 minutes. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes and then move to a wire rack to finish cooling.

    7. Tip: You can also pipe the dough on baking sheet.
