- 400 g beef, at least 20% fat content (0.88 lbs), cut into strips

- 4 slices of cheese, your choice
- 4 hamburger buns

Follow these steps

Attach the mincer to your Ankarsrum stand mixer with a 4.5mm hole grinding disk.

Cut the meat into strips.

Start the machine on low speed and slowly feed the meat into the grinder.

Season the freshly ground meat with salt and pepper.

Shape the meat into 4 balls.

Heat a frying pan over high heat.

Place the meatballs in the pan and press them down with a burger press, large spatula, or the bottom of a pan to form patties about 1/2-inch (1.5 cm) thick .

Add cheese slices just before removing from heat to let them melt.

Use your favorite burger buns and top with your favorite toppings.
