Turn the Assistent on its Side Before Attaching
The Ankarsrum Assistent Original is a multifunctional machine that works in two positions. To use any of our Pasta Accessories, the machine needs to be turned on its side. Lift the Assistent by both handles and rotate it so the motor arm faces straight up. Now it’s ready to be fitted with a Pasta Accessory.

Attach the Pasta Accessory
1. Place the Pasta Accessory against the drive socket
2. Rotate until you hear a clear click
3. Start at low speed
4. Feed in small pieces of dough
5. Roll until you reach the desired thickness
