PIZZA DOUGH
Ingredients
16 g fresh yeast
100 ml cold water
10 g olive oil
190 g flour
3 g salt
Add fresh yeast
Add water
Add olive oil
Start the machine on low speed
Add 1/2 of the flour, little at a time
Lock the arm 2-3 cm from the edge
Add the rest of the flour
Add salt
Set timer for 8 minutes
Let the dough rise
Set the oven to 230 ยฐC (446 ยฐF)
Shape the dough into two round pizzas
Add the sauce and the filling
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes
Top and slice – Pizza night!
