Homemade Gingerbread cookies
Gingerbread cookies
Ingredients
150 gram butter (room temperature)
222 g sugar & 70 g syrup
100 ml cream
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp ground cloves
1 tsp bicarbonate
420-480 g flour
Add butter
Add syrup
Add sugar
Add cream
Add spices
Start the machine at medium speed
Add flour, a little at a time
Add bicarbonate
Set the timer to 8-10 minutes
Let the dough rest in the fridge overnight.
Set oven to 225°C (435°F)
Knead the dough on a floured surface.
Make gingerbread cookies using a cookie cutter.
Place the gingerbread cookies on a baking pan with parchment paper.
Bake the cookies in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on a plate.

Fold the dough and roll again

Let the pasta land on a generously floured surface
Boil directly or hang up to dry.

0.5 pinches Ascorbic acid
Cut the apples
Put them in a baking pan
Pour the sugar over the apples
Set oven to 200°C (393 °F)
Put in oven for about 30-35 minutes
Assemble the assistent with the Strainer
Place a large bowl under the machine
Mash the apples
Add Ascorbic acid & stir
Let cool
Fill a jar with the applesauce
Eat right away or save for later!

Add flour, little at a time
Let the dough rise for 40 min
Put the dough in a baking pan
Let rise again for 30 min
Make holes with your fingers
Add olive oil, rosemary and sea salt
Set oven to 225°C (435°F)
Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 min
Voilà - Dinner is served.

Preparare 5 kili d’impasto
È difficile battere l'Ankarsrum Assistent Original per quanto riguarda la capacità e il volumedegli impasti. È possibile lavorare fino a 5 kg di impasto con 1,5-2 litri di liquido in una sola volta grazie alla ciotola da 7 litri e alla solidità della macchina.
