Follow these steps

  1. Assemble the Assistent with the blender.

  2. Mix chèvre and cream cheese smoothly. Place in the fridge.

  3. Rinse apples and cut slices about ½cm wide.

  4. Fry bacon in a frying pan, add the apple slices at the end of the frying time and sprinkle sugar on top. Turn once and fry until softened.

  5. Finely chop the bacon.

  6. Place the apple slices on plates. Shape the mousse into small eggs and place on top of the apple, top with bacon and possibly parsley.

  • 70 g bacon
  • 1-2 apples
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
