    Follow these steps

  1. Assemble the assistent with the mincer.

  2. Cut the meat in stripes.

  3. Place 4.5 mm hole disc onto the mincer.

  4. Start the machine on low speed.

  5. Put the meat in the machine and 1/2 onion (optional).

  6. Make burgers.

  7. Season with salt & pepper.

  8. Serve with all your favourite side dishes.
