Peel and grate the potato with the vegetable cutter and coarse grater drum.
Mix eggs, flour and salt. Squeeze the grated potatoes and add the eggs, flour and salt, mix well.
Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Shape the potato batter into four round balls and flatten them.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Top with crème fraiche, roe and dill.
