    Follow these steps

  1. Assemble the Assistent Original with Vegetable Cutter / Coarse Grater Drum.

  2. Peel and grate the potato.

  3. Mix eggs, flour and salt in a bowl.

  4. Squeeze the grated potatoes to remove any access liquid. Then, add to egg mixture to combine.

  5. Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Shape the potato batter into four round balls and flatten them.

  6. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

  7. Top with crème fraiche, roe and dill.
